                   The ISNHS 124th Foundation Day was a very memorable and meaningful celebration for all students, teachers, and staff of Ilocos Sur National High School. This special event marked another year of the school’s history, excellence, and achievements. During the celebration, the school was filled with joy, excitement, and pride as everyone participated in different activities prepared for the foundation day. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to appreciate the legacy of our school and the hard work of the people who continue to make ISNHS a great institution. During the Fourth Quarter, I gained many important learnings and discoveries that helped me grow as a student and as a person. I learned how to manage my time better, especially when there were many school activities, projects, and deadlines to complete. I also discovered that being responsible, patient, and hardworking can help me finish my tasks successfully. Aside from academic lessons, I learned the value of cooperation, discipline, and confidence in doing activities inside and outside the classroom. This quarter taught me that learning is not only about getting good grades but also about developing skills and attitudes that will help me in the future. I traveled to Vigan and had the chance to witness and become part of the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul in the Heritage City. Walking through the historic streets, I felt the strong sense of tradition and faith that surrounds the celebration. Being there allowed me to experience firsthand how the city preserves its religious and cultural practices while welcoming visitors into the celebration. The Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul in Vigan was marked by a solemn yet joyful atmosphere. The celebration included a Holy Mass and a religious procession that drew many devotees, showing their deep faith and devotion. During the third quarter, I gained a deeper understanding of the lessons and skills introduced in class, particularly in applying concepts to real-life situations. I discovered that learning is more effective when I actively participate, ask questions, and practice what I have learned rather than relying on memorization alone. This quarter also helped me realize the importance of time management, self-discipline, and critical thinking in completing academic tasks successfully. Throughout the quarter, I encountered several challenges such as managing multiple deadlines, understanding complex topics, and staying motivated during demanding activities. At times, I struggled to keep up with lessons due to limited time and the increasing difficulty of the subject matter. These challenges occasionally caused stress and affected my confidence in completing tasks efficiently.             On November 16, 1890, Elpidio Quirino, one of the most illustrious sons of Ilocos Sur who became the sixth president of the Philippines, was born on in the town of Vigan. He was the third of the nine children of Mariano Quirino and Gregoria Rivera. He grew up in a humble family whose values of hard work and perseverance shaped his character. Despite financial hardship, he completed a law degree at the University of the Philippines, showing early signs of dedication to public service.           Quirino began his political career as a congressman in 1919, later becoming a senator and part of the independence missions to the United States.  This quarter was a period of significant academic and personal growth. I discovered new things about subjects, and just as importantly, about myself and how I learn best. I discovered the value of checking my notes first before immediately asking the teacher for help. This forced me to process the information independently and boosted my confidence in my ability to find solutions. While the quarter was productive, I faced a few predictable challenges that tested my perseverance. My biggest challenge was still procrastinating on large assignments, particularly my ICT vlogs. I often waited until the last two days, which led to a stressful rush and lower-quality work than I know I am capable of. I took specific steps to deal with the problems I encountered, showing flexibility and determination. I addressed this by using the "Five-Minute Rule."
